Tips mengurangi nyeri saat persalinan:

1. Yakinlah bahwa nyeri pada saat persalinan PASTI bisa dilalui seorang Ibu

2. Latih pernapasan, bisa dengan senam hamil atau berlatih gym ball

3. Bergerak atau berjalan saat masih diperbolehkan tenaga medis

4. Pijatan dan dukungan suami

5. Kompres air hangat/dingin

6. Dukungan atau afirmasi positif, untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri bahwa setiap Ibu pasti BISA!
